About Brightfield-Microscope

The brightfield microscope is considered as the most conventional kind of the light microscope. This is due to the reason that, brightfield microscopes uses direct and unregulated light that is passed trough the specimen under observation.

The process produces a clear and observable image of the sample. As a kind of light microscope, however, it cannot give very powerful magnification that other kinds of microscope can provide. Thus, they are mainly used in educational purposes and researches that don’t require very sophisticated and powerful specifications.
